Just my opinion, but the first is more proper. You would be casually understood with either one.

I could also say "It's just my opinion" instead of "Just my opinion".

I think you asking if both would be correct -

The last time I spoke with you, I was impressed with your english. OR

More casually - Last time I spoke with you, I was impressed with your english.

Both are correct, but in the later sentence, "the" is understood.

Last time I spoke to tướng you, you said you would marry bủ. OK
The last time I spoke to tướng you, you said you would marry bủ. OK
Last time, you said you would marry bủ. OK
The last time, you said you would marry bủ. Sounds odd. Does the speaker mean 'For the last time, ...'?
